You just need to press the oculus button on your vr remote. Click on the camera and press cast and it should give you a search window where your TV on the same wifi network will be shown. Worked for me

Actually, the casting via the oculus web browser is thru the internet therefore you do not need to be on the same wifi network

Actually easier would be using chromecast to use it just go to cast in your vr and select your tv (tv needs to be in the same wifi as the vr)
